Teddy Bears Picnic

Capes, costumes and superheroes of all shapes and sizes will
descend to Strathpine’s Pine Rivers Park for a special
super-themed Teddy Bears’ Picnic on Wednesday,
the 12th of September.
Running 9.00am to 12.00noon, join in a super
morning of fun with free music, entertainment and
activities for children up to five years of age.
Sing and dance to stage shows, take part in workshops
and activities, explore the creatures in the animal farm
and bring your best-dressed teddy for the popular Teddy
Bears Parade.
Free rides including jumping castles, a ferris wheel and swinging
pirate ship will test the bravest of little superheroes.
Throughout the morning there will also be face painting,
market stalls and plenty of advice for parents from local
health and service providers.
Limited free on-site car parking will be available in Pine
Rivers Park.
The Pine Rivers Park Teddy Bears’ Picnic is a free event
presented by Moreton Bay Regional Council and proudly
supported by Councillor Mick Gillam and Councillor
Mike Charlton.

This is a FREE event and all are welcome!
