 TOO OVERWHELMED

 Dear Alice,
I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed with everything lately. I hate my job because its so boring, and I’m so busy LOOKING TO CREATE OR
with Uni at the same time, that I don’t have time to look for another job. I feel like I am letting my girlfriend down
because I don’t have enough time to give her the attention she deserves. I know that I am working towards my UPDATE YOUR WILL?
goals but I just feel like it’s never ending. Lately I feel so down that I have been missing work. I just don’t see it
 getting any better.

your weekly schedule. When you are meant to be studying, give it a red hot go. If you are not meant to be studying, don’t even think about
it! If you overstretch yourself and think about all the things that you need to do, you are not going to have the energy to do it to the best
of your ability. When everything looks big, endless and menacing, you are going to end up crippled by stress and indecision. This is why I
recommend that you plan your time and stick to it. (And don’t forget to change up the mundane routine as often as possible!). In regards FREE 15 MINUTE FAMILY LAW

for you. You need to express your concerns in a sensitive manner. Open communication channels are going to be your best tool. Perhaps CONSULTATION
you could dedicate a date night in your schedule; quality time is going to be much more valuable than the quantity of time. It is also going
to be nice to give yourself a break, to enjoy your time with your significant other and de-stress. You mentioned that you feel that your goal
realisation is far away, perhaps you need to stop worrying about the future. If you try every day to do at least one thing toward your goal, Discuss your situation with our experienced Family Lawyers and establish
no matter how slowly you walk, you will get there. My advise to you is to stop and smell the roses, enjoy the little things in life, minimise where you stand with respect to your separation, divorce, parenting orders,
the negatives and maximise your positives. Ben, if you continue to feel hopeless, I encourage you to speak to your GP about it. There are
