Beef and Guinness Pie





                                               Ingredients                Method
                                               2 kg diced beef chuck steak  Brown chuck steak in hot oil. Set aside. Cook

                                               BBQ Ribs




         Ingredients               Method
         1/4 cup brown sugar       Combine the brown sugar, chilli powder, salt &

                                   the barbecue sauce. Preheat an outdoor grill to
                                   medium high. Put the ribs on the grill and cook
                                   about 5 minutes on each side, until browned
                                   and slightly charred. Pour sauce on top.


                         Refreshing Mojito Mocktail
